NovaDock is for authorized SmileyNova service teams and partner teams. It identifies the current case, lets users view and send case messages, and displays collaboration preferences within supported design software pages.
To provide these features, NovaDock processes account and session information, the current case identifier and related case information, case messages, collaboration preferences, and interface settings.
The extension reads only the case identifier already displayed on supported SmileyNova design software pages. Browser storage is used only for the sign-in session, language, drawer state, and selected case context.
Information is used only for case collaboration and is sent to SmileyNova/NovaTrex services over HTTPS only when necessary. NovaDock does not sell user data, use it for advertising or tracking, or execute remotely hosted code.
